At Express Delivery, we specialize in the safe, professional transport of live animals—including puppies, kittens, and small exotic pets between the United States and Canada. Our operations strictly follow airline animal transport regulations, international pet shipping laws, and animal health compliance protocols.

This policy outlines mandatory health compliance requirements, refund procedures, and key information for receiving customers.

Free Shipping & Breeder Coupons

Express Delivery offers Free Shipping Coupons to verified breeders who regularly use our services. These coupons fully cover the transportation cost of the pet to the receiver’s nearest airport.

However, free shipping does not cover mandatory health and safety procedures required before any live animal can board a flight.

🔒 Mandatory Health & Quarantine Clearance

To comply with airline regulations and Canadian/U.S. animal import standards, every live pet must undergo a full-body health scan and COVID-19 screening prior to boarding.

Health Clearance Breakdown:

Full Body Scan – $400

COVID-19 & Infectious Disease Test – $300

Total Compliance Fee: $700 USD / Approx. $961 CAD

Refund Process

• $800 CAD is refunded to the new owner upon successful delivery at the airport.

• Only $161 CAD is retained to cover veterinary and care services provided during transit.

These procedures are carried out by licensed animal health professionals and transit officials to ensure public safety and the animal’s well-being.

Urgent Timelines & Flight Window Policy

Compliance fees must be paid before the scheduled flight window closes. If payment is not made in time:

• The pet will miss the flight and the breeder’s free shipping coupon will become void.

• A new flight ticket must be purchased by the new owner.

• The animal may be transferred to a quarantine holding facility until rebooking is complete.

⚠️ Risk of Quarantine & Penalties

In line with U.S. Animal Welfare Transport Act (Sec. 12.1) and Canadian Pet Importation Law §Q19.7, pets not cleared for final boarding may be held under mandatory quarantine and subject to:

Daily boarding fees

Abandonment fines

Veterinary reassessment charges

Legal action if the pet is not claimed in time

These measures are enforced to protect the animal and public health and cannot be bypassed under any circumstance.

💳 Why We Do Not Accept Credit Cards

To ensure instant refund processing, we do not accept credit cards for health compliance payments. Refunds via credit card take up to 5 business days, which delays our ability to return your money back.

We only accept instant payment methods such as:
